We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join the Data Science and Registries team. This role provides the interface between customers and the BioGrid technical team by gathering, analysing and documenting specification requirements for the development of clinical research software as well as data connectivity and reporting services for research programs in the medical research sector. Effective investigation, documentation and coordination of customers' requirements that translate to efficient technical solutions and research outcomes are critical to the success of this role. Your new role: Analyse and gather technical and non-technical requirements to support clinical research software development ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time and with high customer satisfaction. Assess and create requirements to support investigator-led research projects that require data connectivity, curation and linkage managed by BioGrid. Support and maintain database documentation for databases and data connected to BioGrid. Assist with the development and review of business processes utilising JIRA and Confluence. About You: You hold a Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent. You have experience working in a health/biomedical science environment. You have experience supporting projects with proven ability to gather and write requirements documentation that enables efficient execution by technical team. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including team and client relationship management. You demonstrate organisational, time management and prioritisation skills with ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities under pressure. You have excellent problem solving and problem management skills with a strong desire to 'do it right' the first time. Why work with us?
