We are looking for an experienced Project Officer to join our team based at our Head Office in Port Adelaide.

Role Overview The Project Officer is an exceptional all-rounder supporting the successful delivery of the Gateway SA Program and execution of the individual projects within the project. The Project Officer is responsible for providing administrative services and support to the project team and works closely with the project leadership team, project managers, team members and other critical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce project documents (such as agendas, presentations, reports, minutes); Proactively manage project documentation (registration and storage) in addition to maintaining registers and records; Assist with creating comprehensive progress updates for the project leadership team and governance bodies; Support the Program Director in the collection and collation of data, as required; Organise and coordinate events such as workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including the allocation of appropriate resources and/or catering; Manage calendars, take meeting minutes and monitor action lists; Support the coordination of project activities among multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring appropriate communication of tasks and deadlines to relevant team members; Initiate onboarding of new suppliers and assist with project cost tracking and recording tools; Raise purchase orders and receipt goods and services within our internal system. About you Your skills and experience will include:
Diploma of Business Administration, or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience; Strong attention to detail; Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously; Advanced communication skills (both written and verbal); Agile approach and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
