Based in Wollongong, this position will be responsible for the overall delivery of project objectives, by facilitating, collaborating with, and representing MCCI's projects across a range of initiatives and stakeholders. The role will include travel to regional and rural areas in NSW and ACT.

You will help improve the capacity of aged care providers to deliver culturally inclusive services.
Including establishing and maintaining relationships with the aged care organisations, collaborating with multicultural services, identifying their needs and organise training sessions and workshops for staff at aged care organisations on cultural competency.
About you Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the community services environment (aged care desirable)Experience with developing presentations to meet the needs of the client and audience/s and presenting to small and large audiencesExperience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholdersRelevant recent experience in the non-profit sector is desirable but not essentialAbout MCCI MCCI is a not-for-profit organisation focused on improving the health and wellbeing of clients to live safely and independently at home.
