Project Officer - Higher Degree Research (HDR) Job no: 525683 Work type: full time Location: Sydney, NSW Categories: Administration, Student Services, Research Administration support, Project Management The Opportunity $110,073 - $119,132 + 17% super + annual leave loadingFull-time (35 hours week), 2 year fixed-term contractFlexible/Hybrid working arrangements This newly created role reports to the HDR Engagement Manager and will provide high-level project and policy support for strategic initiatives, project teams, and key stakeholders across the Pro Vice-Chancellor Research Training (PVCRT) portfolio.
Key responsibilities include: Expanding collaborative HDR partnerships with international and domestic institutions.Supporting the rollout of Graduate Research School strategic initiatives such as oral examinationWorking with UNSW internal stakeholders to develop a robust joint community.Providing strategic HDR initiatives and liaise with external organisations to sponsor international candidates Contributing to the HDR component of the policy transformation project.Managing policy implementation through relevant committees.Collaboration with project officers at GRS on strategic projects.
