12 month fixed term opportunity to support our industry leading RTO in re-registration and audit.
What you'll be doing As Project Officer, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide the coordination and administration for our RTO's re-registration and audit.
Working at our Rutherford campus you will work closely with our RTO Operations team to collect and verify information and evidence for our audit.
We are looking for a detail oriented, organised, and solutions focused person, to successfully support the team.
As our Project Officer you will:
Oversee project administration tasks to ensure compliance with re-registration and audit requirements.Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify necessary information and evidence.Assist in the development and administration of project plans and timelines.Maintain accurate records and data entry in line with best practice.What you'll get in return As well as a fun, supportive and inclusive environment, you'll also get:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Business Administration, Compliance, and/or Project Management qualification, or equivalent experience.
High level computer literacy skills, with Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite.
