Then look no further, we have thejob for you, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Officerto join the Facilities & Projects team here at Tafe SA! We arelooking for someone who can take the project to new heights, useinnovation, collaboration and expertise to drive this project tosuccess. The Project Officer is responsible for providing effectiveand efficient project support to the Facilities and ProjectsBusiness Unit. The Project Officer will prepare project outlines,maintaining project documentation, financials and monitor projectoutcomes.

Key Selection Criteria:
To apply and succeedin the role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in the implementation of moderncapital infrastructure projects and quality managementconcepts, principles and techniques.Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunitiesand implement and monitor continuous improvementstrategies.Experience in undertaking small-scale compliance andprocess improvement projects including preparing projectoutlines and producing reports.Provide the Business Unit with a range of business supportfunctions including, but not limited to, developing andmaintaining records, communications, intranet management, andthe provision of project administrative support.Demonstrated well developed written and verbalcommunication skills enabling proficient reporting of projectobjectives, progression, and final outcomes.Proficient experience in the use of word processing,spreadsheets, databases and other software packages.Ensure that high level internal and external customerrelationships are developed and maintained to ensure a highlevel of service.Understanding of business management functions and orprocesses within a government environment.Appropriate Qualifications in Infrastructure ProjectManagement, Planning or similar discipline.Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a validWorking with Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Departmentof Human Services (DHS).
Out of hours work will be required.Intrastate and interstate travel may be required. Incumbentwill be required to participate in the department's PerformanceDevelopment Program.Eligibility to work in Australia.It is an ongoing condition of employment for all employeeswhose employment is subject to a Health Direction/siterequirement, including but not limited to an Emergency HealthDirection, that they are fully compliant with the requirementsof the relevant Directions in order to perform their duties.This will also include but not be limited to: COVID 19ApplicationInstructionsAll applications mustbe submitted online.
