Project Officer - Full time Fixed term contract to March 2026 - Based in Sydney CBD - Hybrid What do we need you to do? You will be an integral member of the Customer Quality Assurance team in the Senior Services team supporting improvements in the strategy and delivery of high quality of care service delivery across Seniors Services.
As the Project Officer your role specifically will: Establishing processes aligned with the Senior Services 10-year strategy to ensure high-quality care.Leading needs analyses to guide project design and improvement initiatives.Developing and implementing project plans with regular reporting.Acting as the main contact for projects, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and documentation.Analysing stakeholder feedback to create solutions and improve processes.Preparing materials for presentations, internal sites (e.g., SharePoint), and reports.Supporting meetings through materials preparation, calendar management, and coordination with stakeholders.Collaborating with the Senior Services team and other departments to enhance project delivery.Assisting with other project-related tasks as needed.What do we need you to bring?
