The Centre helps its members to identify, test, conduct comparative analysis and deploy innovative technology solutions using cloud computing, analytics and IoT network platforms.
It supports original and inventive solution development through concept testing, prototype development and integration analysis.
The aim of ICP is to provide a collaborative environment to connect people, co-develop ideas and facilitate innovation.
Your new role We are seeking a motivated Project Officer to join our dynamic team.
This role will be industry facing to support the coordination and delivery of projects with industry partners.
Responsibilities will include: Assist with the development of relevant business cases and project scoping documentation and project plans as required, including timelines, implementation and evaluation methods, and communication strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders on project requirements, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
Maintain regular communication to provide updates and gather feedback, fostering strong client relationships.
Track activities against project milestones, identify impacts and risks associated with the projects, and resolve operational problems.
Facilitate the development and implementation of initiatives, processes, and systems for effective and efficient project administration.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between ICP and its stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and addressing concerns proactively.
Represent ICP interests with integrity and professionalism.
Provide administrative assistance in form of documentation, record-keeping, scheduling, reporting, data collection, task and deliverable tracking, and logistical coordination.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and optimize project workflows.
Ensure project delivery and achievement of organisational goals.
Offer support and expertise as needed to enhance project outcomes and maximize impact.
