You will demonstrate expertise in project management, communication, time management, problem-solving, teamwork, and attention to detail You will be required to assist in the development and implementation of health service projects, ensuring alignment with the health services strategic plan.
Maintain project schedules and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate must be able to Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution of delegated projects.
The candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
About You: Selection Criteria Experience in a similar role, particularly in managing executive level tasks Health Care Knowledge: familiarity with the healthcare industry or sector is advantageous Relevant Qualifications: A qualification in Project management, business administration, office management or a related field is beneficial but not essential Demonstrate the ability to proactively manage relationships.
Strong skills in interacting with internal and external stakeholders professionally and courteously Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality Display professional customer service qualities - Be attentive, empathetic, proactive, patient and polite Work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have a high level of detail and be experienced in producing executive level documentation for internal and external customers Demonstrate a high level of competence and computing skills across a range of software programs including M365, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
