What you will do as the Project Officer - Corporate Law Unit As the Project Officer, you will focus on the deployment of IT software and contribute to the work of the Risk, Compliance and Audit team across its risk management, compliance management, and internal audit workstreams. Duties include: Analysis, advice and/or problem-solving in respect of the software and its deployment. Engagement and liaison with stakeholders (internal and external), including technology (IT) specialists, subject matter experts, end users, management, and relevant governance bodies. Set-up and maintenance of business processes and procedures related to the software. Operating or contributing to existing business-as-usual processes. Preparation of papers and/or reports for consideration by management and/or governance bodies. Development and delivery of training/development materials and activities. About you In order to succeed in the role, you will have: Experience in software deployment and related support and maintenance.  An understanding of, or ability to quickly develop an understanding of, risk management, compliance management, internal audit and/or other governance frameworks and models, regarding their application in a public sector context. An ability to analyse and assess complex systems, identify issues, and propose effective solutions. An ability to work productively under direction in a collaborative style, and independently when required to deliver outcomes.  Relevant qualifications in information technology, risk management, governance, or similar fields will be highly regarded but are not mandatory.
