Department for Health and Wellbeing – Clinical System Support & Improvement – South Australian Medical Education and Training (SA MET) UnitSalary: $84,522 to $94,003 – ASO5 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 12 Months Overview: The Project Officer –Accreditation assists the SA MET Unit in its support for accreditation of trainee medical officer positions across SA Health and other health facilities as required.
In particular, the position assists Local Health Networks (LHN) by providing guidance, support and assistance in fulfilling their prevocational medical education and training obligations.The position is also involved in the development of state-wide training networks, through coordinating and assisting in setting up governance frameworks and administrative structures.
This will result in ensuring that the SA MET Unit remains responsive to both the demands of health services, as well as developments in the national postgraduate medical training context, in line with the SA MET Unit's mandate.
