The business is in a strong growth trajectory with a strong existing landbank and currently looking to add an experienced Marketing Manager to their existing Adelaide team. Position Overview Your role will be hands on and diverse and responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing staged release rollouts, managing at least one currently trading project and launching a new project stages to market. You will drive the project brand and place making initiatives, community events and partner with creative, digital, PR and media agencies engaged on key marketing deliverables. You will also manage budgeting and reporting requirement and achieve commercial results. About You You will have a Marketing related degree and strong experience in Property marketing, ideally within Residential Communities/Land and with experience across the full life cycle of a project including launching a new project to market. Candidates from a home builder, a property agency or similar asset classes may also be considered. Other key attributes required include: Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Development, Sales, Finance teams.
