About the role The Project Marketing Manager is responsible for boosting project performance by developing, executing, and overseeing impactful marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and the marketing team's objectives.
This role plays a vital part in building a strong brand presence, supporting sales efforts, and promoting community projects across multiple channels to ensure the success of each development.
Duties: Plan and manage marketing strategies and campaigns for development projects, aligning with market positioning and company objectives.
Lead community relations, events, and manage digital advertising, social media, and promotional materials to boost project visibility.
Develop branding strategies for each community to enhance appeal to potential buyers.
Develop and manage marketing materials, including land releases, plans, flyers, and digital communications for distribution.
Create and oversee content for community websites and social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement collateral and advertising strategies that drive sales and enhance project visibility.
Foster relationships with suppliers and stakeholders while executing communication initiatives to keep them informed about community developments.
Conduct frequent market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Regularly present sales reports to leadership, focusing on key achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities while utilising data-driven insights to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
Skills & Experience required A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in property marketing, successfully delivering outcomes for high-profile development projects.
Strong expertise in brand management and product marketing, with a proven ability to collaborate creatively within project teams to achieve exceptional results.
Experience in managing project budgets, including planning, execution, and reporting, with a commercial focus on evaluating marketing expenses within the overall project cash flow.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to excel in a dynamic environment while juggling multiple projects, supported by solid planning, project management, and time management skills.
Proven capacity for creative thinking and effective execution of communication strategies.
