We're expanding and looking for multiple Sales & Marketing coordinators to learn the ropes from our industry leading team which manages the top residential development projects in Victoria

About the Role:
As a key member of our Residential Project Marketing team you will work collaboratively with our Project Marketing Manager and Sales Directors across our townhome and apartment projects.
Working closely with our developer and marketing agency partners, you'll coordinate and manage sales and marketing campaigns to ensure we are attracting the right buyers for our properties.
Part of this role will include working with our sales consultants to ensure a smooth sales system process from enquiry to sale.
Your day-to-day will include:
Utilizing our CRM to track data and marketing insights.Collaboration with marketing agencies and development teams to design and execute effective sales and marketing strategiesManage ongoing communication with project databases (via EDM & SMS) Manage ongoing advertising campaigns.Coordinating client meetings to ensure alignment and project progress.Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, including developers, builders and marketing agencies.Assisting in in events & activations What We're Looking for:
A personable, highly organised, team player looking to build a career and network within the property industry.
Ideally you will have previous experience in marketing, sales administration, or property sales which will have equipped you with key technical skills listed below, required for the role:
Experience or strong passion in the property fieldUnderstanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.Intermediate skills in the Office365 suite.Experience with Campaign Monitor or other EDM sending platformsWhat's Next:
