Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 130 offices worldwide.Turner & Townsend are an independent professional services company specialising in programme management, project management, cost management and consulting across the property, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients Australia wide, Turner & Townsend's Project Management division is recruiting for Project Managers at various levels in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interfaceDevelop working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReview project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Manage project safety and environmental requirementsManage project timelines, risks and reportingManage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on trackChair project/site meetings with clients, consultants and contractorsEngage with marketing and business development initiativesMinimum Requirements:A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management.Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded.Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client.Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
