Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation .

Lead a team of engineers, subcontractors, and site staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment .

What You Bring: 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction, ideally with experience on projects valued at $50M-$70M.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive teams toward successful project outcomes.
Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and compliance .
Proven experience in budget control, risk management, and quality assurance .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder management.
