One position requires a TSPV clearance, the other position requires a NV2 clearance. Applicants must hold one of these clearances.

Job details:
Our Federal Government client located in Russell ACT, is looking for multiple Project Managers to lead ICT infrastructure and capability projects.
ASD is seeking highly organised and dynamic Project Managers with exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on outcomes to oversee the planning and implementation of complex ICT infrastructure and capability projects, with expertise in procurement and finance.

Key duties and responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for leading and managing activities for planning, development and implementation of projects and systems to meet organisational requirements Advise and ensure improvement and enhancement of organisational project methodologies Lead and manage capability lifecycles of systems development or enhancements Plan, initiate and manage procurements to support program and organisational requirements Lead and manage large stakeholder groups focused on business outcomes Lead and manage project review and reporting mechanisms; project financial management; change control and quality reporting Coordinate project resourcing according to priorities Identify and manage project/program risks and issues Technical skills:
Formal qualifications in Project Management; procurement; finance
About the organisation:
The Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) is a statutory agency in the Defence portfolio that defends Australia against global threats and advances our national interests through the provision of foreign signals intelligence, cyber security and offensive cyber operations as directed by the Australian Government.
Candidates must be willing to undergo ASD's Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) prior to engagement. An OSA is a policy requirement and is conducted to determine a person's suitability to work for ASD. It requires a psychological assessment, involving a questionnaire and interview. Candidates should consider their preparedness for questions that may include the following topics: personal relationships; living circumstances; personal values; financial situation; physical and mental health history including substance use; any civil/military record.
