Marshfield Consulting Services (Marshfield) is a growing construction project management consultancy seeking suitably qualified and motivated Project Managers and Contract Managers to join the team in Adelaide.Marshfield is a multifaceted consultancy providing procurement, project management, commercial management and other project delivery services to Clients and Contractors of all sizes and types of infrastructure projects throughout South Australia. Marshfield prides itself in actively engaging with clients and employees through a transparent and collaborative end-to-end approach.ABOUT THE ROLEIn this position you will provide services to Clients and/or Contractors on a diverse range of infrastructure projects within South Australia including:Managing a team of engineers and support staff to deliver infrastructure projects.Ensuring safe systems of work are implemented in all aspects of your responsibilities.Provide project/contract management services including design, contract management, construction and procurement management functions within your expanding skillset.Manage your team to ensure contractors/subcontractors or direct labour meet safety, quality, program and cost targets.Manage budgets, compile programs and track the progress of works.Work collaboratively with Marshfield management.The role may require travel or intermittent overnight stays.ABOUT YOUBe motivated, passionate, innovative and energetic.Hold a tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management or similar.Preferably 5 years or more experience in the civil construction industry either in construction or client-side engineering, project management, contract management or project delivery.Preferably be experienced in transportation and utilities infrastructure.Have experience managing teams.Be an accomplished communicator who is confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives.Be flexible and willing to learn new processes and skills.WHAT WE OFFERWe are committed to providing a rewarding career in an environment where you will be mentored with true opportunities to progress rapidly within a growing organisation.
