About the opportunity We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects across NSW.
In these key leadership roles within our Infrastructure division, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex civil projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
You will lead a talented project team, offering technical guidance while managing cost control, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance, fostering a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
The projects you manage will range in size and complexity, from cycleways, pedestrian footpaths, and underpasses to large-scale infrastructure such as overpasses, multilane highways, and major road upgrades. Your ability to navigate these challenges and deliver innovative solutions will drive your success.
What you'll bring to the Team We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Project Management, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering orConstruction Management. Experience in the Contractor environment within civil construction (i.e.roads, highways and bridges) is essential.
As a confident leader, you should be skilled at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A passion for delivering exceptional results and a strong commitment to client satisfaction are key to success in this role.
Due to the nature of the position, you will be required to travel to various project sites across NSW to oversee progress and ensure projects remain on track.
