Project Manager – Workforce Management Implementation Location: Gladesville (4 days onsite, 1 day from home – this can be flexible) Contract Length: Until April 2024 (potential to extend) Rate: $1000 per day Our client, a leading Integrated facilities Services Provider are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join their team, spearheading a critical Workforce Management (WFM) Implementation project across the organisation.
This key role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the project, driving implementation on schedule and within budget, with clear success metrics and benefits.
Role Overview This role is instrumental to our client's WFM transformation journey, focusing on the deployment of the UKG Pro WFM platform across a workforce of 2,500+ staff.
As Project Manager, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, aligning resources and coordinating across departments to ensure a smooth, effective rollout.
Key Responsibilities Lead the full cycle of the WFM project deployment, including resource, budget, and vendor management.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, setting key milestones, workstreams, and activities.
Direct a cross-functional project team to define, communicate, and execute the deployment plan.
Provide regular, in-depth project status updates to stakeholders, including the executive committee.
Organise and lead meetings with senior management, department heads, and project team members to ensure alignment.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, recommending solutions for executive review as needed.
About You We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative leader with a robust background in WFM or similar workforce platforms.
Key to your success will be your ability to unite stakeholders across operational, technical, and vendor teams, achieving shared goals through clear communication and strategic decision-making.
Key Skills and Experience Proven experience leading complex workforce management implementations (preferably UKG Pro WFM) across large workforces Facilities Management or Building Services experience is advantageous.
Strong project scope and vendor management skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
Exceptional facilitation skills with the ability to bring together diverse teams and drive decision-making.
High level of comfort working across both technical and operational roles, as well as with external vendors.
Demonstrated critical thinking and conflict resolution skills.
Qualifications Project Management certification such as PMBOK, PMP, Scrum, or equivalent.
