Busy well-respected tier 3 builder who are a leading name within their specialty field. Diverse portfolio of projects, primarily new builds up to $30m. Secured pipeline stretching over the next two years. Due to the relationships they have made and the quality of their work, they receive a lot of repeat business. They work to realistic programs and don't overstretch their employees by taking on more work than they can manage. Inclusive, flat management structure with average tenure over 5 years, with multiple 10 years +.

THE ROLE
Project Manager – you will have a track record with a tier 2 or 3 builder on projects ranging upwards of $20m. You will be based out of their office in Southern Sydney and be paired with an established CA. Project Management qualifications/relevant experience with stable career history a must. Commercial New Build experience essential.

THE DUTIES

Manage, liaise, and negotiate with stakeholders, from Site Managers to Contractors, ensuring project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a high degree of quality.

Develop detailed project programming, ensuring effective coordination and seamless execution.

Oversee projects in diverse "live environments," demonstrating adaptability and exceptional project management skills.

Effectively manage budgets, costs, and forecasts, ensuring financial success of projects.

Foster strong communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate and implement process improvements, margin optimization, and quality enhancement strategies.
