Project Manager - Wayfinding Interface Lead | 3 Months | $1000 - $1200 p/d + super $1000 - $1200 p/d + super 6 Month Contract (likely extension) Sydney CBD / Hybrid About the Role Facilitate and bolster collaboration with Wayfinding delivery partners, ensuring the smooth execution of wayfinding signage for designated projects, meeting specified design standards and criteria. Contribute to crafting project tools, streamlining processes, and creating guidance materials to enhance communication and efficiency. Top of Form Key Accountabilities Include Develop and maintain effective working relationships and strong communication with key stakeholders, delivery and project partners, through complete project lifecycle. Act as a subject matter expert in infrastructure wayfinding design, planning, implementation and operations principles, tools and procedures. Coordinate compliance, governance and assurance processes, as required at each project stage. Consult with operational personnel, delivery teams and agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure that planned design and delivery meets operational and customer needs. Participate in management reporting procedures and protocols, including identifying project risks, issues and opportunities. Attend and facilitate project coordination forums and represent the Wayfinding Program at site visits. Gain necessary approvals for plans and documents. About You Experience leading wayfinding interface projects. Experience with budgeting, forecasting and invoicing. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in managing end to end projects.
