About You
We are seeking a highly competent and committed Project Manager with a proven track record of efficiently managing the overall safe delivery of small to medium sized structural projects. You are a collaborative and team-driven project leader in safety through planning and implementation and have strong accountability for a HSEQ culture. Using your effective communication and organisational skills, you will lead your team to successfully deliver high-calibre projects within time and budget constraints. As a project leader, your experience will demonstrate that you are comfortable with facilitating program review meetings, professional negotiations with all stakeholders and clients, and effectively oversee project teams to deliver as per the design methodology and project specifications.
What You Need
5+ years' experience in Water and Wastewater Projects
Strong financial acumen, managing project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking and claims
Experience in the development and implementation of project safety, quality, and environmental management plans
Experience with project planning and developing work packs and methodologies
Knowledge of Australian WHS requirements and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment, energy, drive
Proven track record of working to strict deadlines
