Hourly Rate: $80 - $85 per hour
Duration: 3 months (Immediate Start)
About the Role:
My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water projects across Australia.
Based in Brisbane, you will report to the Senior Project Manager interstate and manage multiple projects from planning through to delivery.
This is a contract role for an initial 3-month period, with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery, installation, and commissioning of water transport and treatment projects across Australia.Monitor and control project costs, ensuring projects stay within budget.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and civil subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and labor.Provide regular project updates and prepare monthly reports for stakeholders.Lead communications with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.Travel extensively to local and remote customer sites for onsite project management.Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including risk management, quality assurance, and compliance with safety standards.Oversee invoicing and ensure all project documentation is completed accurately.Key Requirements: Proven experience in Project ManagementExperience working on water projects.Experience managing mechanical, electrical, and civil subcontractors.Strong financial management skills, with the ability to monitor costs and manage risks.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel extensively to manage onsite project delivery.Understanding of water and wastewater treatment technologies (desirable).Ability to prepare detailed project reports for senior management.Must have full working rights in Australia.If you're ready for a new challenge and meet the requirements, apply now with your resume.
