This role involves high level financial and business acumen, communication, as well accountability and responsibility across the entire project life cycle.
This role will report to the General Manager.
You'll get a sense of achievement from seeing a project through from initiation to completion.
What you can expect as our next Project Manager: Develop detailed project plans to guide clients, team members and subcontractors to execute projects.Execution of projects to the clients' satisfaction.Simultaneously manage several concurrent projects.Be able to simultaneously manage project finances, risk, quality and reporting.Consulting with departmental management and scheduler for updates on project timeframes and status.Liaise with stakeholders to identify and create systems and processes to maximize project efficiency and profitability.Present and report on projects to WIS management and clients regularly.Forecasting of relevant projects, with estimated completions and costs in comparison with the baseline budget and schedule.Interpreting Design & Construction documentation, engineering drawings and plans.Ensure project progress and completion documentation is delivered in accordance with client contracts.Inform clients promptly of any schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.Monitor and report on the status of projects in accordance with client contracts and requirements.Preparation of project scopes, schedules and budgets.Conducting site visits as required for quality assurance checks.Are you our next Project Manager? A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Required Qualities 5+ years in project management experience.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Demonstrable experience in all 5 project life cycle aspects (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closure).Extremely proficient in the Microsoft suite.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work to deadlines, to plan effectively and prioritize work commitments.Good problem-solving skills.Good team member.Strong personal drive and initiative.Take ownership/responsibility of projects.Desired competencies Working at heights and Confined Space TrainedWhite Card – Construction InductionExperience in AS4000 contractsTo Apply: Submit your resume and cover letter.
