About the role
Following very successful implementation or our services at a national level across the UK, we are now looking to expand by establishing our organisation in different countries across the globe.
This exciting Project Manager role will lead a project that will enable Teenage Helpline to begin delivering its services to young people right across Australia.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CEO of the Charity, this individual will take time to understand and learn about the Charity and support with translating the Charitable objectives and services to the needs of young people in Australia.Develop clear guidance to promote organisational understanding of what is required to establish an Australian subsidiary to the Charity overseas.Build a project team, as required, to collect and collate key information that is needed to enable this transition.Build a structured and carefully considered management of change process that will allow for the right steps to be carried out at the right time, and ultimately lead the implementation.Skills
Understanding of Australian charity structures, and regulatory requirementsProven experience in delivering high-scale projects, including project scoping, planning and implementation.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Tools, including Office365 applications.Ability to work and lead independently, as well as ability to work remotely and connect with others in overseas locations.
