The Role: Online Research Project Manager
This dynamic role covers project management, online panel management, operations, data analysis, and client management.
You'll be hands-on with all aspects of CX programmes end to end.
Insights will help clients improve satisfaction, employee engagement, and user experience.
You'll work in close partnership with the agency's largest and most interesting client accounts, including an ASX financial bank, whilst having exposure to smaller retail client accounts.
