Looking for a Design consultancy offering genuine career growth and a truly multidiscipline offering working on major projects across Queensland? A role has been created for an experienced Project Manager working as a Senior member of the URD team working on major subdivisions working with Energex.

The Role:

Manage a high-performing design team to deliver design projects from start to finish ensuring they meet Energex requirements while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and design quality.
This will involve managing the client consultation process across new and existing projects, building rapport and maintaining the company's good standing in the industry.

The Person: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Energex design, with a solid understanding of Energex subdivisions and associated requirements. Proficiency in reading and interpreting Energex works plans and related documentation. A desire to develop strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that align with Energex standards and guidelines. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing design challenges. Prior experience in project management or team leadership roles is a plus.
