Project Manager - Urban Regeneration

Our client is a leading property advisory and project management consultancy in the WA market, known for their work across large scale projects and assets.With their recent appointment on a $200M+ urban regeneration project here in Perth, they are looking to appoint a capable and aspirational Project Manager to run the project day to day, working closely with the Directors and other team members.This expansive site will be completely overhauled and see them delivering a true mixed use precinct comprising of a hotel, A grade commercial space and street front retail activation.You will ideally come from a similar client side PM role, or perhaps construction management, QS or a similar background. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification to back up your practical experience.You will have been involved in a hands-on delivery capacity on major built form projects from conception to completion and be competent around consultant engagement, head contractor procurement (ECI), running PCG's (agendas/minutes etc) and ideally have 5 – 7 years experience in a similar role.Be part of a tight knit and highly experienced CBD based project team with lots of mentoring and progression for the right candidate.If you have the required experience and skill set, please apply to this advert.
