Preferable Location(s):Canberra, Australia | Edinburgh, Australia Work Type:Contract Duties will encompass, but are not limited to:  a) Supervise specific project outcomes and delegate responsibilities to team members for the completion of project tasks as necessary.  b) Regular updates of Project Management Plan(s) to maintain a current reflection of project scope, timeline, budgetary considerations, risks, and issues.  c) Prepare project-related documents, including minutes, presentations, and briefings as needed.  d) Coordinate with various teams to oversee the execution of project tasks.  e) Engage with customers, end-users, and associated projects to address key stakeholder requirements and interdependencies.  f) Collaborate with the project's commercial team to assist in creating procurement documents, liaise with relevant suppliers, and secure approvals for acquiring necessary resources, services, and other requirements to achieve project goals.  g) Attend meetings with Defence clients and service providers in support roles.  h) Report on progress related to schedules, finances, and procurement, highlighting any concerns that may affect the project's timely completion.  i) Contribute to project schedule and budget estimates to aid in the preparation of project management reports.  j) Contribute to regular project status updates, integrated project team gatherings, and other relevant meetings and conferences.  k) Offer additional project administration support as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
