This initiative focuses on empowering disadvantaged women by providing training, support, and opportunities to secure employment in the transport sector.Building on our successful bus-driving program in Victoria, you will play a key role in adapting and implementing this proven model to support women in Adelaide.Your Key Responsibilities:Build partnerships with employers in the transport industry to create job opportunities for program participants.Collaborate with local community organizations to identify women who would benefit from the program.Provide tailored support to participants, guiding them through training and employment preparation using WomenCAN Australia's proven model.Drive the program's success by monitoring outcomes and ensuring continuous improvement.About You:Extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, with a passion for empowering disadvantaged communities.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex projects.Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills to build relationships across diverse groups, including employers, community organizations, and program participants.Why Join Us?At WomenCAN Australia, you'll be part of a dynamic team committed to driving positive change in women's lives.
