An established, reputable building construction contractor has instructed us to source a Project Manager for a fantastic long-term career in Townsville, to manage a new $20M+ project—a mix of commercial construction and refurbishment works with a construction programme taking you into 2026, with a pipeline of projects beyond that.We are looking for a driven, energetic, hands-on Project Manager who has excellent communication and leadership skills. You will have previous experience delivering projects over $5m+ and be looking for a long-term role where you can contribute to a growing business in the region.Key Responsibilities:Developing and controlling project budgets and cost management.Ensuring projects meet time, quality, budget, and safety standards.Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.Minimum Criteria:Degree-qualified in Construction Management or a similar discipline.Minimum of 5 years of contracts/project management experience on construction projects over $5m.Good leadership skills to manage and influence subcontractors.You MUST have the right to work in Australia.Be willing to relocate to Townsville on a full-time basis.Salary:Salaries will be commensurate with experience and position level, but they will indicatively range from $200,000 to $220,000.
