The Role
Reporting to your Construction Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects valued anywhere between $5M - $25M and ranging from school and university construction projects to hospitals, Government & Institutional, Age Care and Child Care - both new build and fit-out projects.
The successful candidate will be confident and competent and capable enough to deliver projects from conception to completion. No need to list the duties - you should know them in detail.
The Builder
A well-established, growing Tier 3 builder formed over 10 years ago currently turning over in excess of $100M annually, delivering projects valued from $5M - $25M.
Having developed systems and processes over the last decade they have gradually developed to become one of the leading Tier 3 builders in Melbourne, in this space, currently delivering a wide range of projects, both new build and fit-out, often with repeat clients, across:
