Project Manager - Time & Attendance (T&A) Solution

Initial 12 months contract Kronos experience highly desirable Location: CBD Hybrid Work Model Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on a large upgrade project from UKG ex Kronos solution to UKG Pro.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Kronos (Time and Attendance).
Responsibilities will include: Plan, lead, organise and control ICT projects to support the organisation's transition to a replacement T&A solution.
Critically review projects and business cases to make recommendations.
Provide reviews, execution and reporting of project plans and schedules.
Organise and coordinate deliverables involving directly liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive completion of actions and outcomes.
Prepare and present reports, business papers and governance documentation.
Negotiate and assist in the management of critical internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Essential Skills and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business or other related discipline.
Extensive and proven IT Project Management experience in a medium to large enterprise with an outsourced ICT environment.
Excellent writing, communication and relationship management skills to enable effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on all levels.
Demonstrated experience working within a team environment to effectively deliver projects or work outcomes within appropriate time frames and costs.
Experience managing time and attendance projects.
