Project Manager - Tier 2 Builder - High End Apartment Build Award winning Tier 2 National Builder with experience across a variety of sectors. Project values up to $100m.

This experienced commercial builder has established a strong presence Nationally. They have enjoyed steady but significant growth and as a result of winning a number of new contracts are looking to expand their current team.
As a business they specialise in complete new build and refurbishment commercial projects up to $100m. Generally targeting projects in the; educational, commercial, institutional, medical and residential fields.
Your Requirements:
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Degree qualification in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or Quantity Surveying is preferable
Previous experience in a PM role
Strong industry references and tenure with previous employers
Local experience in the VIC market is a MUST. Previous experience working on projects $20m+
