Project Manager - Tier 2 Builder - $120m Project - Salary circa $275k package Leading Development and construction company established to deliver innovative designs and quality projects in both residential & commercial sector is currently looking for a Seasoned Project Manager for $100m luxury mixed use Project.

Responsibilities include: Managing Site Managers and ensuring quality on each and every projectLiaise and manage all people involved in the project including negotiation with contractorsInputting and updating cost control systems, budgets, forecast costs etc.Evaluating and implementing processes, margin and quality improvements wherever possibleAssisting Estimators and participating in tender submissionsDeveloping, maintaining and evaluating project programmes Candidates minimum experience will include: Degree qualified in construction management or equivalentAt least 5+ years' experience in a project management role Good tenure working with reputable buildersExperience with residential/mixed use projects $50M +Knowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractorsStrong attention for detail and proven communication skillsSalary on offer
Approx. $275K Package depending on experience.
