About The Role This terrific local WA business is immediately seeking a permanent PROJECT MANAGER working FIFO 2/1 roster (ex Perth) for their next project on a permanent basis.
As PROJECT MANAGER , you will initially support the tendering process with budgeting and constructability planning, then post-award take responsibility for the key deliverables of safety, cost, time, and quality, while managing the client interface and leading the project team.
This will require exceptional organizational and leadership capability, and expert project management skills across commercial, contracts, forecasting (cost to complete), and reporting.
This role may appeal equally to a proven PROJECT MANAGER from a strong civil contracting background or experienced Senior Project Engineers looking to make the step up into Project Management.
A remuneration package designed to attract a top-class PROJECT MANAGER is on offer CIRCA $220-230 K Base + 30% Uplift (*Negotiable).

Skills & Experience And Other Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 5+ years' stable, post-graduate experience as PROJECT MANAGER leading the delivery of earthworks and civil construction projects $10-20 M+ for Civil Contractors in Australia Previous FIFO experience as PROJECT MANAGER on remote minesite or industrial/civil construction projects working for Civil Contractors Civil project experience on scopes of work such as minesite tailings dams, ROM pads, embankments, earth structures, heap leach facilities, turkey's nests, evaporation ponds, access and haul roads Strong all-round communication skills, proven leadership capability, and ability to manage the client interface successfully Commercially astute and contractually savvy with excellent cost forecasting and progress reporting skills Perth/WA based currently with existing rights to live and work in Australia Current Clean WA C Class Driver's Licence Benefits: Permanent Position, Career Stability Genuine Company Culture, Work with Great People Superb Package CIRCA $220-230 K Base + 30% Uplift Company Culture: Working within this company is rewarding and truly fulfilling.
