About The Role As a Project Manager Team Lead / PMO Lead, you will be responsible for leading, aligning, and enhancing the project delivery of Lumary implementations for customers across the business.
The purpose of the PMO function is to develop, mentor, and set the standard for project managers while introducing and maintaining a consistent approach to managing Lumary implementations.

The day-to-day role may look like Lead the Project Management function and related processes to deliver successful outcomes for customers.
Build, support, and develop a high-performing project management team.
Manage and oversee the Project Management team to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the PMO project management methodology.
Ensure project management methodology, tools, and templates support delivery of projects.
Track and manage project risks, issues, and key decisions.
Provide escalation leadership for internal implementation teams and customers.
Work with functional managers on resource allocation.
Manage project team efficiency and effectiveness while fostering teamwork.
Draft and improve project management office policies and processes.
Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet company standards.
Support business development activities by reviewing project proposals.
You Have 10+ years experience in technology project management roles.
Experience leading and mentoring project managers.
Deep knowledge across Agile, Waterfall, and Adaptive delivery models.
Proven track record of providing quality insights for decision-making.
Experience negotiating and resolving complex delivery risks.
Ability to drive measurable productivity uplifts.
Experience delivering process redesign and organisational change.
Knowledge in financial management and forecasting.
Strong communication and relationship skills.
Experience in the Healthcare industry or Salesforce environment is a plus.
