As a result of successful regional growth strategy, they're looking for a Project Manager on a permanent basis, responsible for the profitable completion of High Voltage system construction while maximising customer satisfaction, efficient resource usage and safe work practices. RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet compliance obligations including customer, asset owner, government and other stakeholders Coordinate resources from multiple disciplines including various electrical roles, civil teams, non-electrical utilities, construction and design teams Direct and manage project execution through managing individuals and commitments; influencing upwards the outcomes necessary for successful project delivery Inspire, coach and mentor our people and our subcontractor partners to grow, realise their potential, to support our customers and one another YOU WILL HAVE: Degree in Electrical engineering or other relevant technical discipline 5+ years' experience in Project Management HV electrical project is advantageous Experience with delivering substation construction projects Demonstrable knowledge and application of Project management methodologies Strong client and stakeholder relationship building skills This is a mid - senior level Project Management role.
