They now have a superb opportunity in their Perth infrastructure business for a top-class PROJECT MANAGER with exceptional knowledge and experience of major structural scopes of work (ie. bridges/viaducts/dams). About The Role As PROJECT MANAGER (Structures) you will lead a project team focused on the delivery of a huge scope of precast and insitu structural concrete works valued $100m+. You'll be the focal point for planning and managing construction activity on site, and the subsequent budgeting and financial management of this work. The successful PROJECT MANAGER will also manage the client interface and provide forecasting and regular progress reports to management and other stakeholders. This project is truly unique and will be a highlight in your career given the technical scope, and the positive impact it will ultimately yield for Perth's community. This is a permanent position where the PROJECT MANAGER (Structures) will be based in Perth working 6.30am-5.00pm approximately, 5 days a week with the odd Saturday half day required pending progress, through until at least the end of 2025. On offer will be a terrific remuneration package CIRCA $200-230K+ Base & Super . This role will suit a career-minded PROJECT MANAGER who has previously delivered large-scale concrete structures projects for Tier1 or Tier 2 civil contractors in Australia. Skills, Experience And Qualification Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management minimum 10+ years' of civil construction experience including considerable involvement on Bridge/Viaducts/Dams/Structural construction projects for Civil Contractors in Australia as SPE/PM/Construction Manager Proven success as PROJECT MANAGER for civil contractors on large structural concrete projects valued $50-100M+ Excellent and demonstrated financial and contractual management capability for large projects Strong ability to provide accurate forecasting and progress reporting Natural team leadership skills and ability to manage client interface WA based with existing rights to work in Australia Available within 4 weeks' notice maximum.
