As we continue to expand, we're seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team, supporting our vision of excellence and precision.About the Role: In this hands-on role, the Project Manager will oversee structural steel projects, ensuring that all work adheres to industry codes, regulations, and design guidelines. You will manage the project lifecycle from planning to completion, focusing on best practices to maintain seamless transitions through each stage. Effective communication with clients and teams is essential, as you'll be working to meet deadlines, maintain quality, and deliver outstanding results.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with WHSE, QA, and building regulations.Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.Coordinate and supervise trades teams, including employees and subcontractors, for efficient site operations.Organize and manage logistics, including transportation, cranes, and other site-specific equipment.Facilitate and actively participate in project and construction meetings to maintain alignment on project goals.Delegate tasks effectively to optimize team workflow, supporting skill and professional development within the team.Communicate consistently and clearly with clients and team members to ensure project objectives are met.Produce monthly claims and financial reporting to management.Forecasting of labour and financial requirements.Skills and Experience:Proven experience in the building industry, ideally within structural steel.Understanding building sequencing and scheduling of trades that integrate with structural steel.Previous experience as a Project Manager, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.High-level communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications with attention to detail.Commitment to safety and quality, ensuring all activities meet WHSE and QA standards.Proficiency in Excel, Word, Trimble, CAD advantageous.Culture and Benefits:Opportunity for career growth and professional development.Inclusive and collaborative team environment with strong management support.Recognition and rewards based on performance.Engaging work that allows you to make a tangible impact on the success of our projects.Ready to Advance Your Career?If you're a driven professional ready to join our successful team, apply today to take the next step in your career with Stevens Group Victoria.
