Project Management (Construction) Full time Our client, a reputable, family-owned business specialising in steel shed manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic and friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of steel shed installations—from initial design and planning through to on-site execution and final handover.
You will work closely with clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your excellent communication skills will be key in liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring a seamless project experience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the project.Problem-solve and manage any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.Prepare and maintain project budgets and schedules.Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry (steel or similar trades highly regarded).Strong background in managing end-to-end projects, from design through to completion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects, and prioritise tasks effectively.Self-motivated, proactive, and driven with a strong work ethic.Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.What's on Offer:Competitive salary of up to $150,000 + Car (depending on experience).Opportunity to join a small, close-knit team in a family-oriented business that offers on-going support.Work on diverse and interesting projects with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.A role where you can make a real impact and grow within the business.If you are a results-driven Project Manager with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch projects, we would love to hear from you!
