Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager at Steel Dale Industries, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:Receiving handover documentation for awarded projects and initiating timely action plans.Interpreting and reviewing specifications, drawings , schedules, and contract documents to set out actionable plans.Identifying project deliverables in line with contractual schedules and establishing control points accordingly.Liaising with stakeholders across all project phases and maintaining clear communication channels .Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information to meet specification requirements.Managing technical queries, shop detailing, approvals, and procurement activities.Overseeing project procurement activities and ensuring adherence to specified requirements.Leading and administrating project staff when required and booking necessary services with third parties/vendors.Preparing and submitting project progress/status reports, progress claims, and contractual handover documents.Ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Participating in internal/external audits and protecting the IP rights and confidentiality of all business information.Original jobs : https://au.mustakbil.com/jobs/job/1198814
