About the Position The Project Manager - SRL will contribute to Monash City Council's involvement with the SRL East Project. The role will be responsible for project interface and management to ensure the delivery of SRL East is undertaken in accordance with relevant approvals and legislation.
You will represent Council and collaborate with the Suburban Rail Loop Authority (SRLA) and their contractors, State Government bodies and other authorities regarding the design and disruption management of the project within the City of Monash.
Skills and Experience A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering or related field together with relevant experience in project management, or lesser formal qualifications with extensive and diverse experienceExtensive experience in project management with demonstrated delivery of projects and/or interface managementHighly developed problem-solving skills and an ability to think 'outside the square'Communication skills (both written and oral) that can influence and negotiate across different organisations and the wider communityExceptional time management skillsRequirements A current and valid Victorian Drivers LicenceEmployee Working with Children's CheckSatisfactory National Police CheckAs a City of Monash employee, your personal and professional development is a key focus for us.
