Project Manager / Site Manager - High End Residential Projects Established for almost 20 years, they are a successful and highly awarded high-end residential builder in Sydney.
The Role Due to continued growth and project successes they currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Construction Manager you will initially be responsible for delivering a $10M project in North Sydney. You will be site based and play a hybrid Site Management / Project Management role.
To be successful in the role you will be commercially astute, have project managed high-end residential projects previously and be comfortable leading a team on site, with the support of an experienced foreman.
Day to day you would be involved in the following: Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting. Managing clients and subcontractor relationships throughout the entire project life cycle Providing technical knowledge and commercial awareness to clients and senior management. Problem solving issues on site as required. Your skills and experience will include: Minimum 5 years experience as a PM Previous experience in high-end residential is a must-have requirement Previous experience working on site Experience required in Head Contract Management.  Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or related field. Experience in Procore Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
