I am seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager for my Fitout & Refurbishment client to deliver fitout and heavy refurbishment projects up to $30M.My client is a leading national Fitout and Refurbishment head contractor who delivers multiple high-profile commercial fitout projects across Australia, including workspace, hospitality, education, government, and healthcare.Due to impressive growth and a strong pipeline of work, the team is now looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager.Key DutiesProduce construction programs, procurement schedules, and procure all materials in conjunction with the team.Ensure full compliance with WHS standards, ensuring the safety of site and team members at all times.Produce quality plans and ensure the correct standard is maintained throughout the project.Attend weekly site meetings and issue weekly project reports.Provide formal project feedback.RequirementsMinimum 4+ years experience as a Project Manager within the Fitout and Refurbishment Industry.MUST have experience with fitout & refurb projects from $10M+Preferably with structural experience.Tertiary qualification, preferably in Building or Engineering, or Trade qualification with further relevant education.Great communication skills.Dynamic, passionate, and a strong team player.Preferably advanced with Procore / Acconex or similar tools.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.An eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot problems.BenefitsDiversity & great company culture.T2 business, strong systems, and processes.Award-winning and growing business.Fantastic working environment and healthy company culture.Office easily accessible via public transport.How to Apply: If you would like to learn more about this role, please submit your CV (including projects) to ****** or call 0435413925.
