They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are ideally looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry. Projects ranging from between $10m - $40m across commercial, industrial, childcare, education, airports, community, and health sectors.
This is a permanent opportunity for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join the organisation based on the Gold Coast. Office to be set up on the Gold Coast around the successful candidate's location and project locations.
Ideal traits the successful candidate will have: Business Development experience. Ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent relationships on the Gold Coast with subcontractors, suppliers etc. Previous experience mentoring and training others. Great with clients and strong ability to build rapport quickly and easily. Big people person! Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $100m+ Your Rewards: Very supportive Senior Management, you will have the backing of a highly capable team Excellent salary package - up to $250K + super dependant on experience Fun & friendly working environment with an open-door policy to Senior Management Exposure to technically challenging projects with large footprints.
