We are seeking highly skilled Project Manager and Senior Project Engineers to deliver Electrical Level 1 ASP (Accredited Service Provider) projects in Sydney, NSW. About the Role: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of electrical infrastructure projects, from initial planning and design through to delivery. This includes managing timelines, budgets, client relationships, site safety, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Project Manager: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Electrical Level 1 ASP projects.Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.Manage project resources, including subcontractors and suppliers.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality controls.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure alignment with project objectives.Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise on-site or in the planning stages.Provide regular reporting on project progress, performance, and financials. Senior Project Engineer: Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure the design and installation of electrical infrastructure meets specifications and industry standards.Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Monitor and control project costs, scheduling, and quality.Assist the Project Manager in the development of detailed project plans and timelines.Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution. Requirements: Project Manager: Proven experience in managing Electrical Level 1 ASP projects or similar electrical infrastructure projects.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of electrical standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Experience in managing project budgets and timelines.Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.Relevant tertiary qualifications (Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field).Previous experience in a project management role within the electrical industry is essential. For Senior Project Engineer: Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer within the electrical or utilities sector.Strong technical background in electrical systems, especially in ASP Level 1 projects.Experience in site management, procurement, and technical support.Ability to interpret and manage complex technical specifications and drawings.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver practical solutions.Relevant engineering qualifications (Electrical Engineering or related).Previous experience in the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects is preferred.
