We craft and build a wide variety of applications from redesigns of legacy applications to cloud native through to built-for-purpose enterprise scale, critically important systems.
In this role you will get to; End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the successful planning, execution, and closure of IT and business projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely completion.
Agile Methodology Management: Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, managing sprints, and maintaining the project backlog to prioritise value delivery.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders and senior executives, providing status updates, project insights, and steering committee participation.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and support cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement in delivery practices.
Let's talk about your capability and experience Proven Project Management: Extensive experience managing complex IT and business transformation projects, with a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Agile & Scrum Master Expertise: Certified Scrum Master with hands-on experience leading agile teams, managing sprints, and facilitating agile ceremonies.
Risk & Issue Management: Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in a large-scale programme environment, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Strong Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing executive-level stakeholders, with excellent communication and reporting skills.
