Overview
One of Calleo's long standing Government clients is undergoing a new stage of a key ERP project and seeking talented Project Managers to join the team and oversee the various cross-agency responsibilities associated with the rollout of the program.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, communication, whole-of-government frameworks, and Cabinet processes. You will work with entities from across the Commonwealth to increase awareness of and build capability of entities' ERP capabilities using technology solutions that best meet their needs.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be Australian Citizens with active Federal Government clearances to be found suitable. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and manage the delivery of an ERP uplift.Undertake project management activities including project planning and documentation (including procurement documents), implementation, monitoring and reporting on progress, providing recommendations about managing risk, and identifying and resolving problems.Manage internal and external stakeholders, including technology vendors and service providers to deliver system-related projects on time, in scope, and in budget.Provision of tactical, operational, and strategic levels of engagement, decision making, and advice through Project Workshops and other communication and engagement channels.Work collaboratively with other Project Managers within the PMO to ensure resources are effectively allocated across projects.Develop, maintain, and finalize project artifacts including project plans, statements of work, benefits realization plans, and other key documents.What is on Offer Great Federal Government Program.2 x 12 month extension options.Canberra based with some WFH flexibility.How to apply
